A submitted request passes through the first-party website gateway to PCMS, the pest-management system used to route the enquiry and support the response. The gateway and system process the request for service intake and related customer communication.

Submitting the request permits contact about that enquiry. Any separate marketing choice remains optional and is not required for a response to the request.

Optional analytics and advertising tools remain disabled unless the applicable consent choice is granted and the website build contains the relevant public configuration.

Changing an optional preference does not disable the essential first-party enquiry and contact routes.

Information is retained at a policy level for the period reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, related service support and applicable operational obligations. This notice does not state one fixed period for every record or context.

Use the contact route to ask about, correct or raise a concern regarding information associated with your request. The team may need enough context to identify the relevant enquiry before responding.
